“Third-Party Partners” include BBMP facilities, ambulance operators, and certified vendors we collaborate with.

This document governs the use of Anthyesti’s services via our website, www.bangalorecremationservices.com or any direct communication through phone, WhatsApp, or email. By availing our services, users acknowledge and agree to the policies and terms mentioned herein.

Our services include:

  • BBMP-approved electric crematorium near me options
  • Road and air dead body transport services (local, intercity, international)
  • On-demand freezer box for dead body rentals
  • Funeral services across religious customs
  • Documentation assistance and asthi visarjan arrangements
  • Pet cremation and funeral planning

These services are delivered in accordance with local regulations, BBMP guidelines, and international repatriation norms where applicable.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Using our website or contacting us implies your legal agreement to abide by our policies. Any engagement with us – be it for booking a cremation slot, hiring a dead body ambulance, or arranging a ritual – means you accept our terms and will furnish all required documents truthfully.

This agreement applies to:

customers enter into a legally binding agreement with Anthyesti. These terms apply to individual customers, family representatives, and institutions using Anthyesti’s funeral management services.

3. Scope of Services

We provide comprehensive end-of-life care, but with clarity on what’s included.

Anthyesti offers:

  • Document processing for death certificates, cremation approvals
  • Cremation services coordination in BBMP-managed electric or wood pyre crematoriums
  • 24/7 ambulance for dead body pickup, including ICU/AC/non-AC options
  • Freezer box rentals (on-call or doorstep delivery in Bangalore)
  • Pet funerals and pet cremation support (Delhi, Bangalore, and pan-India)
  • Full funeral services (priest, flowers, samagri, rituals)
  • Long-distance and international dead body transport service
  • Asthi visarjan in Haridwar, Varanasi, Rameswaram, and local riverbanks
  • Rituals and priest services for Hindu, Christian, Muslim, Sikh funerals

Our network includes over ____ crematoriums and licensed logistics providers.

Note: Anthyesti does not function as a crematorium or hospital. We facilitate services in partnership with authorized institutions and government entities.

4. Booking, Documentation, and Payment Policy

Every slot, every dispatch, every document—we handle it with structure. We function on structured timelines, transparent pricing, and verified documentation.

Booking Timelines:

  • Services are usually deployed within 30–90 minutes after confirmation. For BBMP crematorium booking, time slot availability depends on municipal systems.

Required Documentation:

To proceed with cremation and body transport, you must provide

  • Government-issued Death Certificate
  • Deceased’s ID proof (Aadhar/Passport/PAN)
  • Hospital/Nursing Home Discharge Summary
  • Police Clearance/NOC (for accident or MLC cases)

Payment Modes:

We accept UPI, bank transfers, and digital payment links. Every quote includes taxes, surcharges, and service-level fees.

Pricing Transparency:

All services are individually quoted. Add-on items like rituals, priests, floral decor, or VIP slot access are optional and disclosed clearly.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. But due to the sensitive nature of services, limitations apply. Given the urgency and sensitivity of funeral processes, we follow a strict cancellation policy.

Freezer Box / Dead Body Ambulance:

  • Can be cancelled up to 2 hours before dispatch
  • 75% refund (after deducting slot blocking/admin charges

Cremation Slot (BBMP):

  • Non-refundable after booking confirmation
  • Delay or absence may lead to forfeiture of the BBMP cremation slot

Ritual Packages / Asthi Visarjan:

  • Non-refundable once priest is assigned or items are dispatched

**Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment mode.

Please note:

Our policy is benchmarked with industry leadersin the market.

6. User Responsibilities

We ensure dignity. We expect accuracy and cooperation from users.

We guide. You verify. Together, we deliver a seamless experience.

As a customer, you are responsible for:

  • Providing authentic and complete documentation
  • Disclosing legal issues (MLC, overseas travel, infectious diseases)
  • Cooperating with funeral staff and maintaining respectful behavior
  • Not using the services for unlawful, false, or misleading purposes

Failure to meet these responsibilities can lead to service cancellation without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

We take utmost care. Still, some factors remain beyond our control.

Anthyesti is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by BBMP crematorium slot unavailability
  • Weather disruptions or political unrest affecting transport
  • Airline or embassy documentation delays in case of international repatriation
  • Ritual delays due to family-side religious requirements or resource unavailability

We act as facilitators and advisors. Timely cooperation from your side ensures smooth execution. The family must remain responsive and cooperative for smooth delivery of service.

8. Third-Party Services & Vendor Terms

Some hands join ours to serve you better.

We collaborate with only verified partners to enhance efficiency.

Anthyesti works with licensed partners for:

  • Ambulance deployment
  • BBMP crematorium coordination
  • Priest and pandit services
  • For international body repatriation (IATA-licensed cargo agents)

We monitor our partners for ethics, quality, and compliance. However, any discrepancy or damage resulting from third-party logistics, vendor delays, or ritual misalignment will be mediated by us but not financially covered unless proven to be directly caused by Anthyesti.

9. Intellectual Property

Respect what we create to support grieving families.

All website content, including logos, articles, visual assets, and pricing templates on www.bangalorecremationservices.com, are proprietary to Anthyesti Funeral Services Pvt. Ltd.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or republication for competitive gain or SEO manipulation will lead to legal action. Legal action will be pursued for plagiarism or infringement.
